The fries were old with brown spots all over them. My chicken wings were very over cooked. My mother ordered chicken nuggets, they were so over cooked she couldn’t chew them. We had to spend money elsewhere because we were very hungry. I wish I would have taken a picture

Here’s the issue, have you been to any place where it’s an issue with putting seasoning on the side. What if you don’t like the seasoning and you ask for it on the side to try it for the 1st time. Go to a restaurant on the Gold Coast, North side, on Madison, Harvey, Markham, or even Hammond, and tell me when has this been a policy in any other establishment? Is it based on the clientele? We spent $35+ for mediocre food, not the greatest customer service and a place that somehow thinks it’s an issue to provide seasoning on the side. I strongly recommend NOT TO FREQUENT this establishment. We will not be back.

Definitely the best shark location around because every other location be selling chicken wings that have no meat and they be cheap with the lemon pepper not this location though and thanks to my nephew Jesus who wanted his fix of sharks wings before going back home to NM now im back hooked on them myself

Had chicken and fish from.this Sharks last night . Had 2 catfish fillet dinners, everything was hot and fresh and cooked exactly as ordered, one without lemon pepper(mine). Then I had a 6 wing chicken dinner. My grandson said it was good and ate everything. They also give you cups of cole slaw which was delicious . The bald headed gentleman was the cook but he was on it. And customer service was very good, as soon as we walked in the guy on the register took our order, repeated it to make sure he had got it right and told us how long it would approximately take. Everything was conveniently bagged including desserts we ordered. Very good experience, will definitely go back.

It was not what I expected I had fish tails and perch fish the perch didn’t taste fresh the piece’s were very small for the price the tails were small too I asked for the tails to be fried crispy but I didn’t get that either it just wasn’t good at all

I called in to place an order over the phone for a shrimp basket. I was told they only cook the shrimp once you are in the restaurant. I was more than willingly to pay over the phone as you can with most restaurants, only to be told phone payment is not an option. I proceed to the store and upon arrival, I asked the cashier if that was the case with all their food. “Do you only cook it once the customer arrives?” He said no, it’s just the shrimp because people don’t always come in to pick up and it’s hard to resell shrimp due to its short shelf life. While I was simply asking to better understand the reason, the cashier seemed annoyed with me questioning him and walked away right in the middle of me talking to him. SO RUDE! Owner: Please higher employees who know how to “professionally” interact with customers. This isn’t acceptable. I asked a reasonable question and nothing more.
