The food was great and we enjoyed it. The fried chicken was good and fresh. I like their fries, but it doesn’t taste good the next day, so just get food for the same day. The only thing that I didn’t like was the size of some of the drumsticks. There was barely any meat on it.

Beware of upcharges. I called and ordered a four piece mix substituting the fries for okra and I was told it would be $1.60 a charge which I was fine with. I told him I wanted Hot and mild sauce on top of the food. Once I arrived he told me my total was $9.45 after I was expecting to come out around $7. When I pulled up to the window he told me it was nine dollars because its a dollar extra to put THE SAME SAUCE THEY INCLUDE IN THE BAG on top of your food. I asked him why he didn’t mention that when we were on the phone. His answer was “I thought you knew and I already put the sauce on” I say ok whatever but then he didn’t even put the hot sauce on top! As you can see in the pic that is nothing but mild sauce. I hate doing reviews but this location is the most incompetent location and I hate it. Every single time it’s a new issue and I’m sick and tired of it to the point where I actually took the time to write a review. I will not be returning.

The food is really good BUT the service is sketchy, the last few times I went the prices and quantities of whats included have been different every time . Idk what they’re doing there. And yesterday was absolutely terrible . One worker , claims he’s the owner (Ben) was extremely rude when I called to tell.him that some of my food wasn’t given to me. I asked him for a menu with pricing because of the confusion with all the different things I’ve been told . We’ll to start off, the menus prices are blacked out . Then the things we order aren’t even listed on their menu, soooo where are they getting the prices and quantities included for my order ????? When I asked about this also he kept dodging the question and raising his voice at me . I asked for his name and he refused to give it to me…. then hung up on me .. I called back and just said hello, who am I speaking with, he said sharks , I said thank you bit who am I speaking with thats when he told me Ben. I said okay and are you the supervisor? He said yes I said thank you Ben and what’s your last name ….. he asked me why , i said because if you muat know, im going to report your behavior . he then told me he has no last name ……. Said I can call and talk to whoever I want that nothing will happen to him . ! And hung up again . This is absolutely ridiculous. Terrible service

They charge you 75 cents for a teaspoon of coleslaw(literally)in a small clear container that looks just like the mild sauce container but get more in the mild sauce container then you get in the coleslaw container. Asked to fried hard w/lemon pepper on both sides,smdh… Needs to say, I will not be back.

What a mess. I ordered mozzarella sticks with my order. They weren’t in the bag so I asked where they were. He literally had just asked me if I wanted a 6 or 9 piece, then proceeded to tell me he didn’t ring them up. I said forget it because by that time i didn’t want to wait any longer. They didn’t give the bread with the catfish dinner. Asked if I wanted lemon pepper on them, I said yes. There wasn’t any on it. My bf found an ant in his food. The burger I had tasted old, no seasoning. The lettuce was rotten. Fries were soggy and cold. I don’t live close so I didn’t even waste my time going back or even calling. Just save your money and don’t eat here. It’s disgusting.

They give you a tip slip in the drive thru and collect their tip before giving you your food. Then if you don’t tip for your drive thru order they don’t mind giving you a soda can dropped on the floor and damaged among whatever else they did to my food because I chose not to tip for a drive thru order before getting any kind of service. JJs from now on.

This location is so unorganized. I went twice and my order was messed up by two different employees. I was overcharged for one and they wouldn’t give a refund or give me the difference. The other order they gave me the wrong meal. I called the same day to report the incident and I was assured by a women that worked there that I would get my free meal due to all the back and forth. I called today and was yelled at by the owner saying that they cannot replace my order. He hung up twice and was very rude. I called back and asked for the names of the employees so that I can’t make a complaint. He then said to call back the next day so he can ask the employees. That is completely fine. What isn’t fine is him raising his voice at me for a mistake that they initially made. This is so unprofessional and I hope that another customer doesn’t have to deal with this.
