I have came here on at least five different occasions and all five times the food was extremely good. It’s just extremely slow getting out. I went through the drive thru today to change up and see if they were quicker but I had to wait over 25 minutes to get my food after ordering. Overall, the fish is lightly breaded and the taste is outstanding! I love the lemon zest powder on the fish and fries!!

What is wrong with the Sharks franchise? Each one I have visited has been heavy handed with the salt shaker. They are honestly ruining their food. I DONT UNDERSTAND IT!!!! The Sherwood location has superior shrimp.

I bought the 10-piece dark chicken and the chicken was burnt it taste like it was old. I was afraid to even feed it to my dogs afraid I might make them sick it was old and when I bit into it it was like real rubbery and it was tainted

I called in an order 30 minutes before pick up. When I got there the cashier never sent my order back to the cook. The cashier just shook her shoulders and walked off. Please Do Not spend your money at this Sharks location. They have no Value for customer service. DO NOT EAT AT SHARKS!!!!THE FOOD IS HORRIBLE!!!!!

Ordered With Bitesquad Asked For Extra Beef & Received Barely Any Beef. They Are Also Super Lazy With The Food Preparations, It Is Hard To Eat Nachos With Big Slices Of Onions & Big Slices Of Jalapenos. The Only Thing This Place Got Right Was My Request For No Tomatoes.
