Love this place being a Louisiana boy. Catfish is great. Chicken wings were meaty and tasty. Collard Greens and jambalaya and gumbo. Didnt even try the gator or frog legs yet. This place is legit for Southern/soul food.

This restaurant is highly recommended for its delicious and juicy chicken tenders, red snapper, and fried foods with light batter. The red beans and rice are great, hush puppies are perfect, and the fries are crispy. Despite the seemingly high prices, the servings are generous. They also offer chicken and fish combo meals. Overall, a great experience.

We went to the Vallejo location. We waited 10 min to order with no line. Took about an hour to get 2 orders of 2 piece chicken & fries with a side order of mac n cheese. Almost left, but waited it out only because of the guy at the counter, so nice so positive (you have a great employee here). They need another counter person and more kitchen help. Loved the food, not the wait. Please fix this or lots of people like us will be losing out on your delicious food.

The owner and his brother are both amazing. Super friendly, very accommodating and all around just nice people. The food is to die for! We love the jambalaya, gumbo, mac & cheese and greens the most so far. Keep up the good work guys!

I love this fish place! I saw recommendation plus this place was open late. After coming in out of town I thought this would be a great late night spot. I came to the business and it was very clean and sanitized. They had different fish choices on the menu which was very impressive. I had the Basa and requested that they made it spicy. They were able to make it spicy occasion style.. I ate in the restaurant. When my food was up, it was hot fresh and delicious! I really enjoy the homemade tartar sauce that was found on the tables. The menu also included various chicken and other deserts .

I never give 5 star ratings but this place is worth a visit. OMG the food is amazing and portions fit for a king. Definitely a higher end fish and chicken place that serves alligator, occasionally frog legs and killer seafood gumbo. I am now a big fan of this place for its incredible menu options. This is comfort food with a creole twist.

Our first time here since this place opened. My wife Heidi and I were getting our car washed around the corner and decided it was a perfect time to try out the restaurant for lunch, and this will be our new go to place for Southern food done right!
