When we have the chance to get lunch together, we like to try places we’ve never been before. Sometimes a place grabs us and we know we will be back. This is one if those places. The woman taking our order was polite, helpful and had great suggestions. The food was phenomenal. From appearance to taste, it was exactly what we were looking for. Small detail, but even the seasoning on the fries made it so we didn’t even want ketchup. If you’re in the mood for this type of food, or want to try something different, I highly recommend Shawarma Paradise!

This place is amazing!!! This food has got to be some of the best Arabic food I have ever had, definitely top 3 in the Syracuse area. The prices are phenomenal, the menu is very friendly for those who are new to the culture. The staff is friendly, very understanding especially with a large order, we spent $100+ here and it was worth every penny, not everything is pictured here but there’s some of the order. Will definitely be going back and referring people here!

Awesome awesome place! It’s not like your typical restaurant, as most activity is for take outs. But they have a few tables and chairs, and if you’ve never eaten in – you’re missing out !! Their hospitality is above and beyond! Service with a smile and fresh food prepared and served promptly. Due to a couple of to-go orders that were placed before us, we’ve got some samples to munch on while waiting. All was DELICIOUS! And very large portions! A plate of Shawarma on a bed of rice – yummy! And depending on your appetite-might be enough for 2 people! The double shawarma wrap – for SURE enough for 2! And prices – so so decent for what you’re getting! Highly recommended!!

Such a special find. Shawarma Paradise is a family run business with truly delicious, authentic, food that is reasonably priced! We highly recommend and will be back next time we’re in town. I wish I had taken photos of what we had but the moment it was served we ate every bite. We had the chicken shawarma, falafel sandwich and the chicken gyro. Yum!! So so good! We’ve been to the place a month ago while on a road trip in the US and stopped to eat something halal. The food was delicious but that’s not why I’m writing the review. When leaving the restaurant my wife forgot her bag with everything in it, cash, cards. IDs etc, we noticed that about 2 hours later and called them back to inform us that the bag was in their possession and that we should not worry about it. We went back there and got the bag with everything in it and we really appreciated the kindness of the people working there. 10 stars
