Decided to try this for lunch since the reviews were pretty good. The staff was friendly and courteous when I picked up my food. When I got back to work with my lunch, the tawook sandwich had lettuce & tomato on it. & the fries were not cooked through. I had to wait additional time for my fries, and they still are clearly not cooked thru. Nothing like other pictures shown. I called and while she was nice about it, she questioned me. Claimed the fries were “brown” when she took them out. Clearly by the pic below, they are not. She also said their menu at the restaurant says it comes with lettuce & tomato – I called in an order from their menu online, and it does not state that. (Which I explained)They also claim fries are homemade – they’re frozen, in a bag – I watched them put them in the fryer. She finally offered to replace the meal next time I come in, but I’m not sure I’ll be back.

This is the best middle eastern food I’ve ever had. It reminds me of my mother’s Lebanese cooking. The chef makes everything fresh. Every time I travel to Ann Arbor, I get take-out from here! Phenomenal food!! Five star delicious.
