We really wanted to try this place. After reading reviews we felt we were prepared for a rundown older cafe but good food. The decrepit motel next door has been closed and condemned. Walking in, there was a thick fog of grease in the air. Made us cough and we left. I understand tightened belts but if you’re going to stay open, need to spend some money on building and equipment (ventilation) maintenance. ☹️

We were running errands in town and decided to try a random place to eat. We wanted breakfast and this place had good reviews, plus it was local. I won’t lie though… when we pulled into the parking lot, we almost left because the building is very worn down and old. However we didn’t want to judge a book by its cover so we gave it a try.
