Local bar with dog-friendly outdoor patio. Servers were great. We got appetizers and drinks for the humans. Potato skins were loaded with bacon. Chicken strips were pounded thin but tasted great. Great experience. I would happily go back when we’re in the area.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this tavern and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure that I had everything I needed throughout my visit. The menu offered a wide range of options, from classic pub fare to more unique and creative dishes. I was particularly impressed with the quality of the food – everything was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The drink selection was also impressive, with a great variety of craft beers and signature cocktails to choose from. The prices were reasonable considering the quality of the food and drinks. Additionally, the ambiance of the tavern was cozy and charming, with comfortable seating and tasteful decor. Whether you’re looking for a casual night out with friends or a cozy spot for a date, this tavern is the perfect choice. I highly recommend giving it a try – you won’t be disappointed!

We took our German Shepherd with us and they were very accommodating. Our server brought out a bowl of water for our dog right from the start. The service was fantastic, which was very appreciated after a long day on the river. The food was great, and the chicken was perfectly cooked. I highly recommend this place.

The food was phenomenal! I had the French dip sandwich and steak fries. The peach cobbler was very good.

Excellent Lemon Drops. We were there late so only appetizers available and they were pretty good. For the poor waitresses sake wish they had night time menus, lol. Didn’t seem very Irish but was clean, staff was attentive and nice. Would like to go back some time to try the meals… And maybe a couple more Lemon Drops

When I visited Ireland, each town seemed to be built around a pub with a warm, neighbourly atmosphere. Comfort food in large portions and music were a given. Here… Live music is sporadic but sometimes exists. That being said, the menu is diverse, well priced, and of good quality. The seating is ample for small and large groups. This is a classic come-as-you-are local haunt with good food you won’t struggle to pronounce the name of. Ask for the WiFi PW because cell service on Waterville is awful.

Basic bar food, not bad, not very good. The fish and chips were very average. Cheesecake was store bought but good.

It was very busy when we went, which is expected of a weekend. Drinks are always good, and servers are friendly and prompt. Their food is what’s to be expected of a pub, but it’s always fresh!
