Yep, “She Did That”!!! So so very delicious! I had the turkey wings, with blackeye peas, and jambalaya along with a large side of Lima beans and 3 cornbread muffins Don’t judge me . We got there around 6:35 on a Thursday and the owner said they call it “Sold out Thursday” meaning a lot of their signature items were sold out (greens, cabbage, Mac n cheese etc). Let me tell you now ….IT DIDN’T matter!!! EVERYTHING I HAD WAS AMAZING! Well seasoned, fork tender cooked with love. The prices are fair for a hot “Sunday dinner” on a dang Thursday!!! We will return! ….hubby only had the Lima beans and he was a lil disappointed that it was more broth than beans

I was dying for some soul food. Very friendly service. Seems to be a hole in the wall but those are usually the best. It was a little warm in there but who cares when you’re getting soul food lol. Rice was steamed to perfection. Fried cabbage was over cooked. Mac n cheese could have been cheesier on the inside not just the top. Turkey was ok, just a little dry. I would have preferred a wing that was soaked in the gravy, it would have been more juicy. Overall, it was a good experience. I will be back!!!

Was in the area for a moment from atlanta and wanted to try a new place. I ordered the meatball dinner and it was good. But nothing about this food blew me away. By the name of the restaurant and the reviews I was expecting better. It wasnt terrible but I would never go back

Great service and great tasting food that taste like home cooking . I had great first experience came for lunch to get turkey special and they gave me full dinner by accident but instead of tryna take some out before giving it to me she let me have the plate no extra charge , and food was fast . A must try for turkey wings

I tried this restaurant for the first time today. And they did not disappoint! I had smothered Pork Chops, rice and gravy. Mac n Cheese, Collard greens and corn bread. Everything was delicious!!! I will be returning

We are always searching for soul food restaurants, and I was very excited about trying. The cashier was friendly, however the food was just not up to par. I was very disappointed. The food was well packaged, and clean, but unfortunately it just did not pass the taste test. I know everybody’s taste buds are so different, so I don’t want to bash the place, maybe it was just a bad day, but it just did not do it for us. I think if they got some extra help, and a better cook. The cashier seemed just a little flustered, a little unorganized, but I think with a little more experience and some better Cooks they can possibly be a successful business.

First time I’ve not been satisfied… someone different cooked and I could tell. I paid $20 for 3 wings that were unevenly seasoned. It’s like certain pieces were more salty. The Mac and cheese was dry and greens has odd taste and were just off and not tasty. This bread you see here is exactly how I got my cornbread, no muffins cup or anything..then it was just tossed at the bottom of the bag. I must say normally I love it but today 7/16/22 I feel I need my $20 back. I’ll support my people but this just was not right..and the plate was a smaller plate.
