First time to Sheas yesterday and it did not disappoint! My in laws visited two weeks prior and had nothing but great things to say. Our server, Kelly, was so fun, personable, and overall 5/5! Can’t wait to return. Delicious drinks and the oysters and lobster rolls were so good!

Staying at the nearby inn. After realizing it was mothers day we stopped and made reservations. The atmosphere was great and the food was delicious. It was a bit expensive for my taste but since I was on vacation it was worth it. The views were wonderful and the staff very pleasant.

My Wife and I were visiting friends in the Boston area and they suggested Shea’s for a nice local, high quality Dinner. If how could you be in Ipswich MA and not try their delicious Clam Chowder and Fried Clams?! That is what I had after some delicious appetizers we shared, and the entree was equally delicious. The even had several nice Vegetarian dishes for my Wife. Although they were short-staffed that night, the Waitstaff were very polite and accommodating.

They should have told us when you ask to sit on their patio that they have a bee problem. When our food came we were being swarmed with 10+ bees at points. The waitress could see we were very bothered and she did nothing.

Great views of the marsh and Cranes beach off in the distance, but average food for above average prices. We had calamari, fish tacos, and fish & chips. Calamari was nice, the fish tacos were *”too pickly” tasting, the halibut fish & chips was good but a small portion. For $85 there’s better. I don’t mind paying more for great food, but not for average food.

Great dive bar. NOT worth it, since you can literally get better lobster across the street. Drinks are served elegantly with the classic side pour. But don’t expect to have the same drink twice–consistency is not their strong suit. We had a group of 6…I get it…large group but that doesn’t excuse empty water glasses all night. Uncleared tables with no room for even bread or appetizers? We made reservations MONTHS ago to celebrate our parents 50th wedding anniversary (this is not a rambunctious group). After speaking with the manager, they offered 3 desserts, then added it to our bill…. seriously go somewhere else save yourself the trouble.
