Shelby’s Trio Menu – Clarksville, TN

Type : Restaurant

Location : Clarksville, TN

Shelby’s Trio brings a new way of dining to the Clarksville area. The three-story restaurant houses a different concept on each floor. The first floor features Joe’s Garage with muscle cars, an American eatery, a bar area and outdoor seating. The kind of place you want to go and take the family, Joe says. The second floor is Trattoria di Cat, an authentic Italian restaurant, with conservative décor and a smaller bar and more private dining. This floor also features a private dining room for parties or meetings. Topping off Shelby’s Trio on the third floor is Skyline 500 Bar, the first rooftop bar in Clarksville! We can’t wait for you to have a cocktail with us while enjoying the views!

Went to the Italian restaurant inside Shelby’s trio tonight. There wasn’t much parking and it was all full so I had to park down the hill at legend’s bank. It was a hell of a walk and no sidewalk on the side of the building. Crossing the street at this location is very dangerous. The inside was beautiful however our service was average and food was below average. I usually love anything at Italian restaurants, I ordered the shrimp scampi and was a little shocked it wasn’t good. There was no hint of the regular scampi sauce you usually taste. The pesto that came with the bread was gross. The bread was about the only thing I can say tasted good. Went to the “rooftop” bar after and it’s laughable to call it a rooftop. There’s maybe enough room for 10 people comfortably. Drink was ok (Shirley temple 500) but was 12.5. Glad to try it out, unfortunately won’t be back.

Kacie & her crew stopped by Shelby’s Trio recently to partake in Joe Padula’s Roof Top Trivia. What’s better than city wide views, cold drinks, yummy food, and good company? How about a little friendly competition!! You can find Joe at Skyline 500 Bar every Wednesday at 7pm.

Brand new to the Tennessee area is the beautiful Shelby Trio. 1st floor is more casual second-floor is fine dining and third floor is for the special nightcap with the city beer. The food was amazing the fish and chips were cooked and seasoned to perfection. I loved the presentation of the whiskey flight. Those flags were cute. If you’re looking for a new aesthetic restaurant, this is definitely the place to be for brunch lunch or dinner. I also like the concept of the mustangs in the front on the showroom floor. Kind of reminds me of a restaurant in Dallas called the derby.

First off, I was hesitant after looking at a few of the other reviews but I’m so glad I decided to come anyway. First thing I noticed was like someone else said, it is paid parking, but you can validate it for free if you eat here which is good for two and a half hours I do believe. You take the elevator to the second floor and you step off and around the way it opens up to a beautiful dining area. I was shocked that Clarksville had a place like this. Walked in late on a Sunday and there were only two other groups. After being seated, Alivea came and asked if she could fill our water. We then order an appetizer and drinks which came out fast. She then took our food order. I ordered the chicken parmigiana and my wife the shrimp scampi. We both were given salads and bread and basil pesto which were complimentary. Food, mojito, and lemon drop drink were absolutely delicious. No complaints at all. Serving sizes were large for a man who usually finishes his meal. Let’s just say I have lunch for tomorrow. So thankful for this experience. No longer have to go to Nashville when I want an upscale dinner atmosphere.

This place…has spared no expense…period! Modern design exterior and interior. Joe’s Garage has the gearhead vibe with two Shelby Ford Mustangs makes you envious. The food is tasty on the pallet. Service spot on! Two restaurants and a roof top bar!

This was my first visit trying a new place in town as my husband and I just moved here. Dirty potatoes were amazing. My first plate came out cold so I requested a new plate. The salmon omelette lacked flavor the eggs could have used seasoning as well as the salmon. My hash browns were soaked in grease and lacked flavor so I didn’t touch those much. Should have gotten the cheesy hash browns instead as my husbands tasted great. Might try again but not for brunch maybe lunch or dinner. Parking was also confusing ended up parking in the bank and hiking up the hill. Overall 3 out of 5 fork twirls. Our server Amya was great but could have used more training on the menu and what specific dishes actually contained as my sister ordered a chicken bowl and was given a chicken breast on top of hasbrowns on a platter. Overall paid a $87.50 bill

They still have some kinks to work out for sure. But that happens with new restaurants so we need to be patient.

It’s great that Clarksville is expanding and I love having new options. I also understand the service industry and expect things to have some speed bumps in the beginning. However the Brunch here, needs some serious revamping and training. The staff is absolutely not built for serving, and are lacking proper everything. The Eggs benefit wasn’t bad and the chicken sandwich was very good. The side order of hash-browns ….. presentation absolutely trash with cooking oil all over the pan and the açaí bowl … not an açaí bowl … it’s just a Greek parfait bowl . I read the description but I’m really not sure why you’re naming a food item something it’s not at all and does not contain .
