I’ve ordered 3 times this week and this was the only time I’ve been disappointed. I normally order 1.25lbs with an extra 1/2lb added. This results in receiving three clusters of crab legs. Today I ordered two separate orders with 1.25lbs each, which should’ve been a total of 2.5lbs or at least four clusters. I received three clusters in one box. I didn’t appreciate paying extra not to receive extra. I tried calling to avoid posting a negative review but after 3 unanswered calls I figured this was the only way to get in contact.

The pictures should say it all. So delicious and fresh! I only ordered the crab bc I try & low starch it in the summer but it was sooo hard to resist! Shells and tails is a destination! The service was standard (it’s a good truck)… The crab legs were great! My food was not too greasy or too saucy, yet not dry. The flavor was just perfect. It wasn’t too spicy that I couldn’t taste the quality of my food but there was still some heat! I’m so glad to have found them… I went twice in the same week! Very affordable prices too!!!

A repeat return customer. The crab size is always good. The flavor is amazing. The sausage and potatoes were delicious. My only disappointment was the corn. It’s usually very tasty but this round it was overcooked and underwhelming.

This is now become my favorite place to get crab legs and seafood in the Dallas area. For Mother’s Day all my mother one it was some crab legs from Shells and tails to geaux and I was able to get my food in less than 20 minutes. This place is always talked about and now I see why.

I got the seafood nachos and the chips were old and the crab was rubbery. This was my second time getting them and the chips were still old. I thought maybe I got a bad batch but apparently not. Waste of $20.
