We stopped for a late lunch on our way to Reno. We ordered Chicken Philly, a Patty Melt and the double cheeseburger. Oh man was everything good!!! Three adults who all loved what we ordered. That patty melt will bring me back on our next drive through. Cool western homey feel. And the owner is so friendly! Thanks!!

Delicious food!! Had a grilled ham and cheese and it was nicely loaded with meat. Hubby had a bacon cheeseburger that had lots of bacon. I asked for extra crispy fries and actually got them exactly how I asked for them!! Yummy cherry pie, too!!

Really really good food. I was craving a burger in Yerington and decided to stop by here and it did not disappoint. I got the double cheeseburger and it was delicious. The meat was flavorful and had tones of Smokey charred flavor. It also came with a ton of fries. I’ll be back here again next time in Yerington.

Great little place love the service they give an great food I missed this food for along time after the original cook left I thought they’re food wasn’t going to be the same but it is an I’m glad they still make it like old times. There service was awesome always making sure I’m doing good an if the food is to my liking an its great even when they’re busy they still take time to make sure I’m good. The burger was great cooked to perfection. Great job I will always recommend this place to everyone. They definitely have the country atmosphere.

Sherry is a wonderful lady who runs a quality restaurant. She and her staff are professional and friendly and the food is excellent. If you like an Old West atmosphere, including an old saloon in a separate room, along with excellent food and service, this is the place for you!

I only ate here one other time before writing this review. I was very disappointed. I can’t remember the name of the steak I ordered but it had a ribeye and blue cheese (I love blue cheese) the steak itself sat on top of onion rings. It was awful. It was dredged in blue cheese like the whole bottle was poured on it and it had a bitter taste to it. The ribeye was full of fat. I took most of it home so I could at least take some of the bottles of blue cheese off. And the steak was thin and full of fat. For the price we paid for dinner, it was not worth it. My friend’s steak was also chewy and full of fat. I always hate writing bad reviews but this one needed to be done. Not worth the money at all!

Stopped here after hours of driving. It was quaint and inviting. I had the SLIM PICKINS, which was good, but I didn’t know what to do with the bowl of cottage cheese. My parents, who are picky eaters, loved the burger. Overall, great food, huge portions, and great service.

I was expecting this place to be great because of all the reviews. I guess we came in on an off day. Our food was inedible. I don’t know how there are so many good reviews because nothing was good about this place. Bruschetta was tomato’s from a can (she told us that’s how its made.) Then when we told our waitress how bad it was she told us that they offer that appetizer for free after 5pm every day but most people say no (we got there at 4:45pm and ordered after 5pm and it was not free of course.) Ordered a rare burger and apparently the cook wasn’t told and the waitress didn’t write it on the ticket as shown so it came out well done. The one slice of tomato on the burger was the butt of the tomato and not even a part anyone would want to eat. Chicken Parmigiana tasted straight out of the can and was an obnoxious amount of food that was just a waist. The Philly Cheesesteak was decent. When the cook came out instead of offering a discount and an apology she just defended her food and was rude. Then when we paid full price for everything except for the 2 ice teas and a cocktail there were 3 different prices. Seeing as we were upset you would think they would mention the extra charge for using a card to pay. We paid almost $60 for nothing. We won’t be coming back. Just sad that there are barely any restaurants in this little town and this place has the potential but serves terrible over priced canned frozen food at high prices.
