Worst brisket I’ve ever had. They cheap out on us with it and make the slices super thin and it’s dry. Wont be coming back since they can’t make a brisket right. NOT WORTH THE PRICE.

I have loved the food ever since its first location on Fairfield. Went to order takeout last night and stayed for a draught of Mad Anthony Summer Daze recommended by the adorable bartender when I ask for something like Blue Moon. It was perfect my order was brought to me at the bar, even. When I got home, the food was its usual awesomeness, but one of my husband’s sides was missing. Almost seemed too petty to complain… Profusely apologizing that she had no way to refund the cost of the side, so she got a manager who refund what I had paid for the less expensive of our two dinners. I’d say that is over and above any standard of excellent service. ❤️ ❤️

Stopped in when in town for work. Food was good, just wasn’t great. Got the pulled pork and brisket. Brisket was a bit dry and chewy. I’ve had better BBQ in many other places. My side of cornbread was delicious though, and the cole slaw was very good. I come to town often for work, so I want this place to be really good and thriving when I’m here.

Nothing fancy, just a good place to get BBQ. We come here often. The entrees are quite good as are the sides offered. I tend to always gravitate to 1/2 rack of ribs, green chili Mac and cheese and the spoon bread (freakin yum!!).

Loved the burnt ends and the bbq sauces! Super tender pulled pork,Not a huge fan of the fried pickles, they’re just a bit bland. The green chili mac looked and tasted like it came out of a box. The restaurant was a large open space which was nice, but it definitely leaves you wanting some homey decorations. We will absolutely be trying again sometime soon, maybe at the original location

This is my wife’s favorite place to eat. I really enjoy it as well. Good food, nice staff, and they have indoor and outdoor seating so on a nice day you can sit outside and enjoy the weather.

First time here and WOW! best BBQ I’ve ever eaten. Loved the atmosphere, great & friendly service, fast service too. Loved the corn spoon bread and the green Chile Mac & cheese was sooooo good. The garlic toast was awesome too and complemented the meal well. The ribs were very thick and meaty. You won’t be disappointed if you go.

I’m not originally from Fort Wayne and I ‘d heard great things about this place. The food was pretty average. The barbecue sauce was the best thing. I enjoyed the sides but they weren’t homemade quality. The garlic toast was freezer-to-oven type, like you can buy from Walmart. I wanted to try the daily special,rib tips, but they no longer offer it as a meal with sides. You can only order it with a fry basket. They had rib tips, they had sides. It makes zero sense that you can’t put both on a tray and serve it up. The girl at the counter couldn’t tell me why and seemed a little rude. Also, we waited way longer than we should have for our order, considering it wasn’t very busy. We went because we had a gift card, but with the higher restaurant prices, not sure we’ll go back for such an average experience.

Myself I prefer full table service! I had ribs & brisket, the ribs had so much dry rub on them I couldn’t taste the ribs, as for the brisket not much flavor at all I had to put bbq sauce on it! The coleslaw was different tasted like it had a fair amount of dill in it! Also, if you AR a person that likes brisket, I have never seen any place slice their brisket so thin!
