Great experience with all you can eat: very quick in bringing out ordered items. Decent variety of options including other side dishes such as steamed egg and spicy Tofu soup. Had one weird instance where they mistakenly took the food still on the grill when doing a grill change but good service otherwise.

Right around $37 per person (including tax but not including tip). Meat quality was decent but nothing to write home about. Atmosphere was definitely hole-in-the-wall but without music was sorta weird.

My husband and I decided to try this spot out tonight after a long day at work! We were hesitating at first but that totally changed when TYLER made sure our visit was great! He was so attentive and polite and made excellent recommendations ! It was our first time here and we will definitely be back thanks to Tyler!

We went out to dinner for a friend’s birthday. We were originally supposed to go to Tomikawa for sushi but they didn’t take reservations and it was waitlist only. The wait for Tomikawa was 2+ hours. I came to realize we tried to go eat sushi on Good Friday when everyone else was looking for meat alternatives for dining. This is where Plan B and Shik Do Rak Irvine comes into play which was only a block away. Having always had good dining experiences at Shik Do Rak I suggested it as an alternative restaurant.

Great quality and decent variety choices of BBQ meats. Great service and welcoming staff. The AC could be cooler though. Some of the dishes (warm noodle soups) weren’t available when we tried to order.

This place was phenomenal! The food and service were beyond any of my expectations, and I definitely plan many more visits here. So let’s walk step by step through this one, because it is definitely worthy of being highlighted. To start, this was a recommendation from several people that spoke about it in a way that made me say we have to take a trip here. They would speak about the food as if reliving the experience noting how each item was throughly enjoyed– a proper foodie tell, so I rounded my kids up during their spring break and we made the 30 minute drive to this specific location even though there is another closer. We were told, Garden Grove location specifically will not disappoint and I tell you, they were right!

The All You Can Eat menu was a lot of fun for us. The service was excellent, the meat was excellent, and you can’t get the lowest menu on the weekends.

I was so excited to go there but after we cooked our first meat – Beed Briskets, I was disappointed with the quality, and the smell of the beef was so strong and unpleasant. I gave another chance to Pork Belly. The cut was thick and after cooking it was so chewy. Unfortunately, this place was the worst Korean BBQ I’ve ever been. The quality of meat is bad there. I definitely not coming back.

Look, this place is great. Should you eat here everyday? Probably not. The employees are super nice and attentive and the food is very good. In addition to the bbq, the spicy soft tofu soup is quite good.

Traditional Korean BBQ. The price is fair. Service is great. The quality of meat is great. My family and my friends’ family have had a good time. Thanks Shik Do Rak for opening during Thanksgiving and not adding minimum expenses. The sides are not as many as other Korean BBQ. Maybe it is because the holiday. I can see that they are out of servers. Overall, it is a good place for lunch or dinner.
