Traveling in, this was the perfect sushi restaurant stop. We went to dinner Sunday evening around 7pm and it was not crowded. We were greeted immediately by the staff and served with our drinks, appetizers, and food quickly. The staff were kind, attentive, and efficient. For appetizers, we got the Pepper Tuna Adventure (the one with radish and cilantro) and Sexy Jalapeno (has spicy mayo and eel sauce drizzled on top).The appetizers were absolutely mouth watering, flavorful, and dynamic. For the entrees, we got the Tiger Eyes Roll (the roll with one dot of spicy sauce on each sushi piece – hint the tiger eyes), Super Volcano Roll (roll in the middle of the circular plate), and another roll with jalapeno on top (I forgot the name). The rolls were made to perfection by the Itamae’s (sushi chefs) and were very filling. The customer service was phenomenal from the waitresses, front desk, Itamae’s, and manager. I would definitely recommend coming here for excellent sushi and fairly priced options. I will be coming back here again!

Good place to grab a nice plate of sushi. I really enjoyed the Dynamite Sushi and my daughter enjoyed her Ramen Soup. The place was nice and the ladies were attentive. I would definitely go back to eat there again.

Waitress left her pen on the table but forgot part of my order. There was no one else in the place, but she seemed to forget about us and details of our orders. The food just didn’t taste as good as I am used to in a Japanese sushi restaurant.

Amazing! So glad we finally tried Shika Sushi and Ramen. Probably the best sushi we’ve ever had and it was takeout. The Chicken Teriyaki was seasoned perfectly, not overly sweet. It came with salad and soup which was a surprise. The staff also threw in a free slice of cheesecake. We can’t wait until they open the restaurant for dine in.

Absolutely awesome. This is some of the best sushi we’ve ever had. The super volcano roll is my favorite. Service is great, but make a reservation because they are short staffed and tables aren’t always available.

I bought a to-go order and tried the pork ramen. The order was thoughtfully packaged. Overall, I liked it. Pork was really good: melt in your mouth tender! t’s not the best ramen I ever had, but it was tasty enough that I’d buy it again. I felt the price was a little high for the value. I have paid similar prices for ramen in large cities like New York and Vancouver, and they included more toppings without paying extra. Adding some pickled ginger, mushrooms, bok choy, or seaweed would really elevate this ramen and make it a better value.

It’s been a great place for a meet up with our friends. This was our third visit and between all of us we’ve tried a number of their sushi, rolls, ramen, and teriyaki and haven’t been disappointed. Some of their special rolls are quite interesting and we enjoy being able to try new combinations that aren’t found at most places.
