By far, the best Hibachi Sushi in the area! In fact, one of the best anywhere!! Tried a little of everything, sushi bar appetizers (Yellowtail Jalepeno was definitely a favorite) , Hawaiian Poke Bowl, and Hibachi Entree (Shrimp was grilled to perfection). Everything was well prepared, quick service and very kind and pleasant staff.

Stopped in for lunch and was not disappointed! The food is excellent and beautiful. It felt like I was back in Okinawa, Japan. I had beef yakisoba & my wife had vegetable yakisoba, and we shared a Godzilla Sushi roll. Topped it off with delicious peach Saki. The staff were very friendly, great atmosphere. I’ll definitely be going back!

So i started off with the miso soup which was salty and umami, followed up with some saki and a scorpion roll. The most unique this i tried there was their avocado bombs which is a fully loaded with sushi topping whole avocado tempura battered and fried covered in yummy sauces.

Absolutely terrible. Crab rangoons were liquid and inedible. Ordered 3pc king crab roll and came out not as advertised and extremely small portion. Hot green tea tasted like tap water. 1 star is the worst I could give but would definitely give negative if I could. DO NOT RECCOMEND. I WOULD RATHER EAT DOG FOOD.

I am so happy I gave this place a try! Everything was delicious! My wife loves sushi, so for mother’s day we gave shiki a shot, not expecting too much for a Midwest sushi place, but the chef here really blew our minds. The plating was superb, the taste was perfect, and the price was very reasonable for this type of restaurant. If I had to mention anything negative it might be that the server was not exactly friendly and maybe looked a bit bored, but this also meant they didn’t hassle us or hover much, so their demeanor didn’t matter much to us, but someone else might be put off by it.

Typical sushi house atmosphere. The food was good! Portions could have been better. My sashimi was relatively small compared to other similar restaurants. Sake was a little sour tasting. Roll was a little overpriced. And please, no Christmas music before Thanksgiving lol

Tried seaweed salad for the first time and loved it. The saki (both cold and hot) was good also. Loved the decor and service was pretty good.

Chef Jason is a Chinese American and has the most amazing sushi establishment. I was traveling on my own and I always sit at the sushi bar. I stuck with sashimi, mouthwatering sake and hamachi. I also enjoyed the soft shell crab, and tobiko sushi. Shiki Habachi Sushi is opened 7 days a week. The quality is second to none. The creations are like art pieces. Sake wine was perfect with what I ate. Excellent service and it was delightful getting to know Chef Jason and Lucas.
