This was a very pleasant surprise! The beef and chicken in both dishes were both seasoned and cooked perfectly. Somebody back in the kitchen has skill and experience. The vegetables were similarly perfectly prepared. There was real attention to detail.

Sorry folks…this location is a miss. Customer service and food quality has declined with time. After visiting here for the first time in maybe 3 years, I won’t be returning. Which restaurant does anyone know that up-charges $4 to add onions to a dish? That’s almost half the cost of the entree itself! Lesson learned.

When you come to shiki don’t expect glamor, place is a bit older but vibe is good, ambient is nice service can definitely be a but better, but food is amazing, so delicious and jucie. I’m definitely coming back.

We really like this place! The service is good and the food comes out pretty quick. The prices are very fair and the food is great!

So sad, This is all the steak I got with my meal 12 small pieces. Over priced veggie plate I guess.

There is a lot of food for what you pay. Hibachi is pretty good. I think Rice Fun wins for the taste but Shiki wins for the value. For hibachi shrimp, I like the shrimp Rice Fun uses better for the bigger size, better flavor, and better texture.

The service would have been great if i and other customers hadn’t had to listen to I guess the manager belittle a server and the lady at the register for about 10 min about messing up on a new system

not sure what this place is usually like but the shrimp came out looking under cooked so unfortunately we had to send it back to be cooked a little more, which i really hate doing because i hate being that person. i work in a restaurant it can be frustrating when the food gets sent back to the kitchen. it came back out definitely cooked more but something about the shrimp still tasted like mushy and just tasted wrong. so me and my family did not end up eating the shrimp, each one of us ended up eating like 2 pieces each just kind of trying it too see if it still tasted funny. when we got home we all had stomach aches and my daughter threw up. our server was very nice very friendly no problem there. we ended up just paying for the food and leaving, because we felt bad complaining about the food more then we already did.

We made a special trip to go out of our way to go here we used to love the food but this time the chicken was dry the wontons tasted like they were fried in old oil and the atmosphere is just as old and dated as it always has been. Kind of sad

This location is our go-to for sushi and hibachi. Though the inside of the restaurant is pretty plain and could use some updating, the *chefs* are fantastic. The food is fantastic. When you ask for medium rare on the steak, it shows up medium rare – other places tend to overcook steak. We like the Snow White and the Big Boy rolls. You won’t be disappointed with the chefs. A+
