This sushi spot is tucked away in Tin Building, but it’s still close enough to the hustle and bustle of the market to feel lively. There are no tables, only a sushi bar, which is the best way to enjoy the fresh seafood.

Although there wasn’t a lot of menu options, the sushi and sashimi set I ordered were nice, especially the rolls. Edamame was heated up so they tasted really good. I recommend the rasberry cocktail

My server Andrea was so kind and elegant. Nicholas was very helpful as well. The meal was prepared beautifully and I loved the addition of mushrooms to the miso soup. I thought the use of avocado was strange and the chairs were a bit too loud (kinda threw off the vibe in my opinion) but other than that it was a delightful dining experience.

Last minutes dinner and we decided to check out the Tin building since we want to go here ever since last summer. We did not have reservation, hint last minutes. The host was able to get us a corner seats, and a nice lady was volunteering to move to another so we can have the two seats together. The ambience is lovely and we were able to have a normal conversation. The restaurant has simple but elegant decorations. I love the water and sake cups. Sake cup is pretty and water glass has some texture. We ordered crispy calamari and sesame shrimp cake for appetizers. They were delicious. For entrees, we ordered sashimi and rolls. There were two rolls total but one did not make to this because I was forgetting. Anyway, the sashimi were melted in my mouth. The rolls were delicious. The service was excellent. I love this place.

The sashimi was fresh, miso soup was interesting with Avocado in it. It blend in with the saltiness of miso. The miso cod fish was not great. The paste left an after taste in my mouth. Luckily I ordered a glass of white wine with my meal. The sushi bar is cozy. I had an early dinner got there before 6pm so had the bar to myself which was great. Not cheap but worth it for the experience.

Loved this restaurant. We got the shishito peppers and they were 10/10. We also got a few of the rolls and nigiris and they were also excellent. The service was great. The place has very limited seating capacity, so make sure you have a reservation before you go. Also, their menu online was not complete when I looked on 12/11.
