This used to be one of my favorite restaurants, and we would go there every couple of weeks and do a pick up order. I do not know if ownership has changed or what has happened but they never get the orders right? No matter how many times I asked them while they’re are taking our order. I paid for a chicken and shrimp plate and when I got home there was only shrimp no chicken . I haven’t gotten the carrots on my plate. In the last 3 orders I have done. We ordered noodles last night and they were greasy and old barely edible.The food just stinks. Just poor customer service.

All I can say is wow! I ordered take out , drive up mountain and our food was still hot when I got home. Was so much I made 3 meals just from my entree order, tasted absolutely awesome, wait time wasn’t to bad. Will definitely return again

Extremely disappointed. Just plain, tasteless inauthentic Japanese food. I can make better food in my kitchen. If you like very bland, flavorless food, this is it. And the clear soup is literally a box of broth with nothing in it. Tried them twice; never again.

We had an order previously that was messed up . We have eaten there before and never had a problem but our food was wrong and we called back. They replaced our food at no cost and we’re super nice. Our food was absolutely delicious! Everything was cooked perfectly and the portions of meat noodles and carrots were exactly right. We ate it like crazy and still had some left! We will definitely go back! Highly recommend!

First off, this is not an authentic Japanese place. It’s kinda like going to Taco Bell and expecting authentic Mexican tacos hahaha, it’s a very Americanized Japanese place, but the food is decent and fast, and I think fairly priced. Went with my husband last night, $22 for two plates and two drinks, but they give such a large portion that it’s like 2 plates for one. One plate is easily 2 meals, which makes a serving about $5, which is cheaper than most other fast food places. Food is mostly consistent, sometimes better than other times. The chicken is almost always dry though so their white sauce is a necessity. The staff is friendly. For a cheap meal that goes a long way, get the chicken rice and carrots meal with white sauce. You’ll have leftovers for the next night.

We spent almost 100 dollars on food tonight, the meats were not seasoned at all and were chewy and tasted like they were out of date. The rice tasted/felt like it had sit out all day and they used what they had left. As a mom of 3 who just wanted a nice meal and not to have to cook for one night, I was really disappointed.

Picked up my order and when I got home I found the order was wrong. I ordered a Chicken with rice & vegetables. I received chicken & rice only, No vegetables. I live 16 miles away so I didn’t return it but, I did call to make them aware. The manager did absolutely nothing except to say they didn’t charge me for vegetables. I told her that was not the point of the matter but, she seem to think that was all that mattered.
