The pizza was spectacular tonight. The crust was just a little crispy on the outside, sauce had just a little heat and the toppings were generous. The Italian Beef weighed in at 1.5# including the container. The gravy on the beef was juicy and robust with flavor. Excellent sub roll and cheese.

Pizza was good and Italian beef was okay. Of the 4-5 places in New Carlisle that serve pizza I would say this is exactly the same as the rest. With a slightly thicker….thin crust. I did see high ratings on here so my hopes were up. For a pizza joint I expected the pizza to be something new or fresh compared to the local bowling alley pizza or pubs. My opinion is they make a good pizza. The Italian beef is more of a pot roast…. beef sandwich. Different from everyday thin sliced beef sandwiches I’m more familiar with. It’s a bit more simple. I’ll prolly give it another go as they get more time in. Would love to see a deep dish pizza on the menu.

Requested the extra thin crust and boy did they deliver! Light, crisp with just the perfect amount of chew. Toppings (sausage & pepperoni) delicious and sauce was on point – not necessarily spicy but good flavor. No need to ask for well done, overall perfectly cooked to compliment that crispy crust. Looking forward to the next visit!!

As New Carlisle already has several restaurants that sell pizza, I didn’t anticipate this place standing out. However, I was genuinely surprised with the quality of the pizza I had. On a week night at peak dinner time, it took about 30 minutes for my order to be ready, which isn’t bad. The staff I interacted with on the phone and in person where friendly, and the prices are standard. I will definitely be ordering from them again, and look forward to seeing them grow. They definitely have a good thing going on

This place is a breath of fresh air. I happily drive from South Bend to get this pizza, as it’s better than anything South Bend has to offer. Staff is always super friendly. You can tell management puts an emphasis on great customer service. I will definitely be returning.

I highly suggest the bread sticks and the Grilled Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo ( when it’s available). The pizza sauce has a little bit of a kick to it, which is something different! We’ve never had a bad time here!

I know this place just opened here, which is why they got 3 stars instead of 1. I will give them some grace and will hope that they were working out kinks. I had to wait almost 45 minutes from the time my pickup order was supposed to be ready. Also, the dough wasn’t cooked all the way either. I want to support local business, but I might give it a little bit for them to figure it out before going back.
