The food was rather lackluster, with the tonkotsu ramen being quite bland and the katsudon not tasting like traditional katsudons. Although my friend mentioned the black garlic oil ramen was alright. The service was good with a really friendly waitress, and the atmosphere was alright as well.

2nd time with Boat noodle Wagyu A5, an absolute masterpiece that showcases the chef’s impeccable skill and dedication to culinary excellence. The bowl arrived before me, a vibrant work of art that captured my attention with its enticing aromas. The broth, rich and complex, was a harmonious blend of savory flavors, leaving a lingering umami sensation on my taste buds. The tender slices of meat, perfectly cooked and marinated, melted in my mouth with every bite. The accompanying noodles, cooked to perfection, absorbed the essence of the broth, creating a symphony of textures that left me craving more.

I love their creamy tom yum ramen! Customer service depends, I guess if the owner is there, then it’s good. If the owner’s not there, then the workers are just chatting most of the time. We went there twice past midnight, and the food and service were good. During the time when we tried to go there one afternoon, we were the only customers, and it took so long for our food to be served, and they’re less tastier than the ones that were served to us during late nights.

It’s so nice they have vegan options. Food was hot and fresh. Staff was helpful and very friendly. I love that they are open late (2am).

3/4/23 – My buddy and I came here for ramen after arriving in Vegas. I got the Hirata bun for the both of us. My buddy ordered ramen and Takoyaki and I got the Pork Chashu Bowl. The pork chashu on the bun and bowl was tender but was not sure if it was supposed to be served cold. It was cold on the bun and on my rice bowl. I would have preferred it to be served hot. My buddy seemed to enjoy his ramen though. Overall, okay place, inside is small, good service.

Went early in the afternoon (3pm ish) and we were the only ones there, very cozy. I got the light pork ramen with corn and mixed vegetables. This is probably my favorite ramen place I’ve ever been to, and I tried pretty much every place in every city I’ve lived in and also studied abroad in Japan and had ramen there too. I might be biased bc I tend to find ramen broth too rich, so the half pork half chicken broth option was pretty much perfect for me, but aside from that the pork slices are these huge, thick pieces of pork belly with just the right amount of char on the edges, and yet the prices are pretty comparable to other ramen places I’ve been to, and that alone made it well worth to me. The broth itself was nice and flavorful and the noodles were clearly fresh. I admittedly couldn’t finish my bowl because the serving size was generous!

When you walk in the first thing you notice is the awful stench. It’s very off putting, I almost left but I was hungry and craving ramen. The pork spicy miso ramen broth was rich and flavorful with a nice spice and the noodles were good. They give good sized pieces of chasu but only half an egg (which was overdone). The “homemade” gyoza filling was hard and not flavorful at all. Service was friendly and attentive.
