So far, the food is very tasty. I’ve already had the hibachi steak & chicken, the hibachi steak, & a California roll. Not many veggies in the hibachi but it’s still good. I would recommend this place & actually I already have. Since I went back the next day I’m going to rate this place a 5!

When I come here I usually order the miso soup, Cajun roll, and California roll. The miso soup is delicious and they give you ALOT of it for just 2 bucks. Sometimes I get almost full from just consuming the soup. Most restaurants that serve miso soup give you a small amount and it is upsetting. However, not the case here. The rolls are good, however, I have found parts of the seaweed (Nori) a bit chewy, and difficult to consume. I think its a bit chewy because they use a cheaper value of seaweed. However, the miso soup makes up any slight disappointment.

I teach at Groves Elementary, and Shinrai provided lunch for 20 of my 4th graders as part of a field trip to experience different cultures! The staff was so friendly and wonderful, and even answered the kids’ questions. The kids gave the chicken fried rice a 10/10, and we all really enjoyed the experience. Highly recommend supporting this wonderful, family-owned local business. Thank you Shinrai!!

I had the volcano roll and my daughter had the chicken yakisoba noodles. Both were fantastic! We got our food very quickly, the girl who rang us up was very nice and friendly and we he place was clean.
