To be honest, we came here because of the name Midnight Dinner reminds us of the Japanese TV show. Atmosphere was very nice, love the many lanterns. We ordered some skewers, it was okay, a bit bland, but I believe that’s the authentic way. The wagyu bowl was really good so was the salmon bowl. The appetizer sampler was okay.

Made dinner reservations, and the waitress was accommodating enough to move our seat to the window as requested. The service was quick and friendly, and attentive from all the staff. Our food arrived in timely order and most dishes were delicious, especially the sukiyaki pot., which i highly recommend. The only disappointing dish was the scallop salad…there was no dressing for flavor and the scallops were cold and overcooked.

Not very welcoming atmosphere. Hostess asked if we had a reservation even though the restaurant was empty. Food presentation was nice but didn’t taste great. Food was mediocre and over priced, my husband enjoyed his mojito. Server that assisted us was pretty decent but hard to communicate with.

Over cooked on Everything. Beef and chicken is dry. I ordered a cold noodle, the sauce is salty and is something that you can buy off the market to make it by yourself at home. This is my first time here and my last time. Come try for yourself and you will know what I mean.

Nicely themed ambience with fast service. It’s nice that they’re open later. I would recommend the garlic beef skewers and I personally love chicken gizzards and they did not disappoint here. The hamburger don’s meat tasted a bit not fresh. The gyu don was yummy! Would visit again to try more of the menu. Everything went amazing with Sapporo, don’t miss out on the pairing.
