This is my second time eating here and it’s still as awesome as the first time! If you’re looking for a real fresh, flavorful burger that keeps you satisfied through the whole fay then this is it! We both got the Moose’s Tooth burger with grilled onions and this was amazing! Highly recommend this place every time you visit Talkeetna.

Great chicken tenders and crispy fries. The box was so cute too. Burgers look so yummy- we were taking it to go so we opted not to get the burger because we didn’t know how it would last on the train ride but boy did they look good. The tenders were large and filling.

It was great! We were returning home from a fishing/camping trip in Seward and decided to check out the area. The caribou burger was great! My kids loved the corn dogs. Sitting was outside and there was a nice cool breeze. Everyone there seemed happy to he eating there. Will stop by more often when driving through on our way south. Thanks for the great food!!!

The only thing more charming than the Burger Barn was Shirley herself, who came out to check on us and tell us a little about her shop both when we ordered a breakfast burrito and when we visited her ice cream shack on Main Street. Big portions, delicious food. Highly recommend!

The caribou burger was phenomenal. Fries were yummy too. Seriously, the best burger I’ve had in my life. Tasty & juicy, but not greasy or gamey. The 2 gentleman behind the counter were really nice. Definitely worth a stop if you are in Talkeetna & it’s in walking distance to a lot of cute little shops.
