We stop in every time we visit from LA. The river is worth the trip as it is, but now the best shaved ice ever is in Bullhead City. They also have coffee, ice cream and other delicious items. I usually get a 16oz and they have so many flavors to chose from.

If you’re visiting laughlin this place is right across the river (right across from the Harrahs) and is worth the visit! It’s pretty hidden but the inside is very cute. The servings are generous and there is a large variety of flavors

Really really good! Don’t let the exterior of the building fool you. It’s really cute inside and the shaved ice is really good. Lots of flavors and good service. We make this our regular stop on the way into Laughlin.

I just had the best cheeseburger and the best potato salad in Bullhead City. Shiver River is so much more than yummy frozen treats, although those treats are and have always been amazing! Furthermore, the customer service was excellent. It is very clear that they are intent on giving the customer an experience that will make they want to return. Seeing as I’ve gone there for lunch two weekends in a row and am thinking about next weekend already, it’s working!
