Tried this place today and was very disappointed. I don’t know what they consider hibachi but this isn’t hibachi. I got 4 pieces of steak and 3 scallops that were tiny. The sauce was like a sweet orange sauce and I have never had hibachi anywhere that I was still hungry after I ate. This was my worst experience of hibachi ever. Would not recommend the hibachi. I haven’t tried anything else but this isn’t hibachi.

My husband and I have been to hundreds of Japanese restaurants, all over the country, and this is among the best While visiting Frostburg University, we stopped here for lunch and got Bento boxes and the shrimp tempura appetizer. Everything was delicious. The Chicken teriyaki was probably the best I’ve ever had, and the California rolls were generous and delicious. We never expected an outstanding restaurant in a rural area like this!

Everything was phenomenal! Service and food. The sushi rolls were fresh and bursting with flavorful! The Shogun soup was really good and chunked out! The Miso soup was the most flavorful I have ever had. The Pork Gyoza was so good…pan-fried dumplings! Yaki Udon noodles…oh my goodness!goodness was! It was fantastic! We were very impressed with the quality of our food. Presentation and all! Loved it and we will dine in again!

Got off the train and decided to eat at this restaurant since their outdoor dining had a great view of the mountains. Awesome drinks menu and friendly staff. I ordered the Hibachi dinner and they were beautifully plated and large. My partner ordered some of their house sushi’s and they looked like art on a plate, almost like upscale dining minus the price. I am very impressed at the quality considering the area is very old town.
