Went last night for my sisters birthday… The only issue was that my husband didnt want rice from the hibachi but the chef put rice on his plate. Then chef realizes his mistake and puts the plate wit rice in front of one of my sisters. Except my husband had already eaten off this plate when we were eating sushi earlier… so my sis had to get another plate and had the server bring her some more rice. I think they should bring out fresh plates or have smaller plates for if you are sharing sushi with someone… other than that it was a blast!!!

Sushi was amazing! Great service. It was quite warm in there. They need to make the place cooler. Especially since they have the grills going. Otherwise it was a great experience.

The Hispanic waiter with the long black hair was very rude and racist …she wanted my family to move seats ..due to us sitting too close to the Hispanics like herself, and was upset ……there were several seats available , why ask us to move or even suggest that we do!!! Then we sat there for 30 minutes with no food they never bought my daughters drink out , though we ordered hers with our drinks …its only a sweet tea, why do hard …Remember God sees everything!!!

Walked in and was seated immediately. Hostess said our server will be with us soon. Then Hostess came back and said oh I guess I’m your server. She took our drink order and we also ordered our meal. Waited….waited…waited for at least 30 min for her to come back and said they ran out of the alcohol to make our drink order… Ooookkkk. We just said forget it and we didn’t want anything else. We left and went to Applebee’s instead.

This was the first time we had eaten here. My wife, son, and I really enjoyed the food. Shogun has a big selection of sushi for all tastes. Pot sticker appetizers, along with cream cheese puffs, were awesome. You can also sit at the grill where ,of course, you will get a great show and food. Thanks, Shogun. Keep a rockin!

I will NEVER go back. The broccoli was spoiled! Seriously how do you even think its okay to serve this. Prices charged for food were not what the menu said and then for my family the waiter charged a $20 gratuity as if we were a party. We are a family of 5. I’ve never had this happen. $142 for 4 meals is outrageous. We all had water and no appetizers. The only thing good was the rice. It was a waste of money. What was supposed to be a good family day turned into a joke. Very disappointing.
