We went for granddaughters bday and I told manager when we got there. He said they give a pineapple bowl and drum to celebrate. We heard that happening for another party there that night. We thought awesome. But…we never got this for her…which her sister had gotten previously so we were aware of it.. our server took our order and my spouse ordered sushi however he never received any food, when we asked server said he didn’t hear him order that…but if everyone else was eating you would think he would have asked again did he not want something??? But nope so my spouse did not eat. Usually this is a great place been here several times but it is going downhill. Take the chance maybe your visit will be better.

The food was seasoned and flavorful. I didn’t need no other sauce or anything on my food. The cook was freaking awesome. He was the owner son and it was his last day I believe he said. He was a young and funny. He was just all around phenomenal!!! The drinks was so good! I recommend this place to anyone.

Location was clean. We had a private room with the Hibachi grill. The chef was awesome. The food was better than I expected and reasonably priced. I recommend all my sushi lovers to visit.

Upon entering the business around 7pm, my family and I approached the waitress stand to be seated. We were greeted with a large sign indicating the will take 18% gratuity. I observed 2 employees standing at each bar doing nothing. We stood there waiting to be acknowledged and greeted by the staff for about 5 minutes. We turned around and walked out. Appears to be a declining business with no interest of changing that.

Well hadn’t been here in over a decade. To keep it short. They shouldn’t book a party when They Don’t have enough staff to work! The place was clean But we Left, took tooooo long, couldn’t have anything to drink while we waited, Then no sushi, and no appetizers due to no one cooking in the back. Only had maybe 2 chefs.

If you are looking for an interactive hibachi experience this is not the place. The food tasted great but the service was terrible, with gratuity included so I’m sure they didn’t feel the need to even try, and the hibachi chef was just okay. He cooked and served us food, no tricks or cool experience like you expect for a $300 dinner: also, don’t order wine. No one there knows how to serve it. We received an unopened hot bottle of white wine with a set of cocktail glasses to pour into. Absolutely terrible experience and will not be back.

Waited 2 hours to get food even though the restaurant was basically empty. Service was not good. Food was not good either. And they overcharged us for the food. And even a hair was found. Plates were not clean.

Will never be back! My mother, grandmother, and I made a visit to this “business” on 3/18/23. When we arrived, we were seated immediately by a very friendly waiter and everything was off to a great start. The waiter continued to bring us refills and eventually soup and salad after taking our orders. As we were waiting on our food, another gentleman came in and sat on the opposite side of our table–there were three or four chairs still empty beside my grandmother. Eventually, a nice couple came in and sat in those seats and started making conversation with us. Well, as we three (my mom, grandmother, and I) were too busy chatting to take notice of the time, the couple at our table that had come in last asked us how long we had been there. After some talking, it came to our realization that we had been there AN HOUR with no sight of our chef. Well, the couple decided they were tired of waiting because they had now been there 30 minutes, so they decided to leave. We thought about leaving, but decided that we would see what was going on first, so my mom got up and had to hunt someone down to ask them what was going on. After asking, she came back to the table with the waiter following behind–of all things he walks up and asks us if we remembered what we had ‍♀️…. Well, at this point we should have just admitted defeat and went somewhere else, but instead we stayed… Finally our chef came out. He did not seem too happy about being there. He was not very interactive as most chefs are and didn’t put on much of a show… The food was okay, but not great. We also heard a woman at another table get upset because the people at her table had all gotten their food and ate and hers still had not been brought out… She told them to cancel her order and they really had the audacity to tell her, “well you ordered it”. As soon as you walk in you see a sign that reads “all customers will be charged 18% gratuity… I guess scamming people is how they stay in business because this place is awful.
