This was our first and last time visiting this establishment. My daughter purchased several items for dinner. The hibachi was bland. No flavor. The sushi tasted bad with bad flavor. As you can see in the picture, the avocado was brown so that tells me, this was not made with fresh ingredients. The avocado does not go brown that quickly.

I’ve long been a Shoku fan for Sushi in Indian Trail. My go-to rolls are the Yummy California and Philadelphia Rolls, and of course the fried cheesecake. But, today I had the Tracy Fire Roll for the first time. 10 out of 10!!! ❤️ You have to try this unique, dessert-like scrumptious delight.

My wife and I decided to order sushi Friday night and were looking for delivery. Shoku popped up and we were hesitant because we had never been before and hadn’t heard much about it but we gave it a shot anyways. WOW – this is my new jam. When I opened the containers of sushi, I was blown away with the amount of fish in each roll. You can see the one roll in the picture that has very little rice and a giant chunk of fish and the entire order was that way. I could not believe how fresh and how big the pieces of fish were. We liked it so much we went there for dinner the following night.

I have eaten at Shoku at least a dozen times and have always been pleased with the quality of my food. I enjoy sitting at the sushi bar and watching the chefs prepare my sushi. The fish is always fresh and they have a very good presentation. Would highly recommend checking this joint out if you love sushi!

We went out with our family we ordered 4 special rolls and 2 California rolls as well as 4 miso soups. The price was about $92. The service was slow but if your doing on a date with no kids its ok. I highly recommend the Tracy fire roll, the texture is nothing like I’ve tasted before. I liked it.
