This place is a hidden gem. The Omakase “chefs choice” is the way to go premium version is 13 pieces of perfectly crafted with intense skill and stability. These amazing works or art are presented to you on traditional sushi plate ware, and your mouth enjoys the work of art. The chef is extremely skilled and knowledgeable the staff wait on your every need. If you haven’t been struck with the opportunity to get here do it fast. This is a must have located at haven city market they only seat reservations. But I have been lucky before and snuck a seat. If you would like a real sushi experience this is the spot.

Hidden gem in Haven City (seems a bit unfit to have Omasake in a food-court like place). Tried Omasake premium and Chirashi Don. We liked the Escolar, Halibut, Scallop, and Ama Ebi with head. Fresh ingredients and interesting play with various sauces, spices, and garnish. We made a reservation online but it’s not crowded. Dine in for 2 is up to 1 hr. Though they were polite and not hurry us. High-quality ingredients are of course not cheap. Overall a memorable Omasake experience.

One of my favorite omakase experiences to date! Every piece of fish was amazing! I had the Premium course dinner and was afraid I would still be hungry afterwards, but I was stuffed (in a good way) at the end. The chef was great and we had a nice conversation with the owner, Daniel. Will definitely come back!

Shokunin is truly ran by craftsman. Tony was an experienced and compassionate sushi chef, akin to an artist in plate preparation, and an unforgettable guide through an exotic meadow of flavors. The “let chef choose” is a voyage any sushi lover needs to embark on.

I have been eating sushi for decades and last night I had the best sushi dinner I have ever had. My partner and I decided to have the “premium sushi” dinner which included 13 pieces of sushi that were chose and made especially for you by the sushi chef. I highly recommend this for everyone!

Make a reservation and get to this amazing establishment! This is my go-to for great food and service. I’ve been dining here regularly for over a year and a half and love introducing friends to the awesome chefs. Big shoutout to Tony for always making my friends and me feel welcome and for the great conversation and insights into his craft.

Hands down some of the best sushi I’ve ever had. The 13 piece dinner at $65 may seem like a lot, but absolutely worth it.

It was nice that they had a different spin in regular nigiri sushi, but the fish quality just wasn’t good enough for the price. Spent well over $100 for 2 people and was hungry when we left. Wouldn’t go back.
