This was my 1st time trying out this spot as another location I usually frequent closed down. I was so disappointed. The red snapper tasted like it had been cooked previously and they just added the brown sauce to smother it in. I also purchased curry chicken but the guy mistakenly gave us curry goat – very gamy and oxtails. Unfortunately the rice tasted like it was old as well. There was no love in any of this food. Not work the 100 bucks we dropped.

their store front is in a strip mall in a residential area, well off the beaten path. to start, the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. we ordered jerk chicken and curry chicken diner plates, both were very tasty and the jerk was freshly prepared. flavors were spot on, personally I would have liked a little more heat on the jerk but still tasted right on. both were served with rice & peas and cabbage, both delicious. the jerk also included plantains. portions were large and generous. I ordered the large jerk chicken and will be able to get 2 meals out of it. we’ll be back!

I enjoy the food Everytime I go here. It’s always great and is consistent. It’s always fresh as well. I would recommend this place to anyone. Give them a try and you will not be disappointed. I stick with the jerk chicken and oxtail. We got the stewed chicken and streamed fish today and both looked delicious. The portions are generous as well. The small is enough for two meals, which I always finish in one because of how good it is.

My daughter ordered food for delivery. Driver said that he called several times and no answer….instead of ringing the bell and leaving the food….he left….with the good. My daughter called him back seconds later and he told her to come get a refund tomorrow. She offered to come get the food since we live less then 6 mins away and he said no because the store was now closed. Mind you this all took place at about 20 mins to 10 and their website states that they close at 10

I was so tired of the same old food. My husband and I order out all the time. I ordered from this restaurant hoping it was decent. Boy was I surprised! I started eating it and discovered it was the best chicken I had ever tasted. Not only was the chicken superb, but the sides were delicious as well. I hope everyone tries this restaurant at least once!!!!
