Typical sports bar atmosphere. It was crowded and noisy due to a special event. Service was good. It took a little while to get the burgers, but understandable with the crowd. Burgers were good. 1/3 pound and done to medium. Brioche bun, was perhaps a little too soft for the size of the burger. Fries looked good. Waffle fries a little overdone. Seasoned sour cream was good.

Chicken tenders were good and fries were average. Service was super slow! Our waitress kept ignoring us and never even asked how the food was. Finally one of the bartenders noticed we were trying to flag down our waitress and at least got us some refills.

We met some friends here for bingo night and had some food and drinks. I had the Pulled Pork sandwich, which was delicious. The pork was super tender and the Memphis style sauce had a good flavor. My wife had the Rachel and she really enjoyed it. I got waffle fries with mine, and she had tots, both done very well (not soggy and also not overcooked). We commented that we were glad we did not get an appetizer as we were both satisfied and could not eat any more. The service was good, but a little slower due to it being busy. We would definitely return!

Howdy, partner! I recently stopped by Shortstop in Fridley and let me tell ya, it was a real feast. The menu selection had a great variety of classic American dishes to choose from, and everything was downright delicious. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, with a charming decor that made for a great dining experience. And the quality of service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who made sure every customer was well taken care of. Highly recommend for a tasty meal in Fridley!

Tried the cheese fries and they were delicious. My husband had the steak bites and he asked for medium but they were definitely more “well done.” It was a karaoke night and that was entertaining. All the food was still very tasty!

Food is decent. Unfortunately we have them foget our sessoned sour cream like 4 times in a row. We go pick up food quite a bit since we are so close but it’s not ever really great but typically ok. We called to complain and was told the manager would call us tomorrow , that happened twice, but never got a call from anyone and they never do much to make things right

Love the vibe and energy here even on a slower Sunday. The server was lovely and the bartender was heavy handed in a wonderful way! The drinks were spot on, and the food was actually really really delicious! Their shortys burger and wings are amazing!
