Went an hour after they opened, they ran out of ribs already mind you it wasn’t even busy maybe three tables, salsa was very watery hardly any flavor. Two adults ordered quesadillas and there was hardly any filling to the quesadilla a small maybe teaspoon of sour cream on top of brown lettuce and a few chinch’s of tomato (pico) another person ordered the fajitas (steak and shrimp) steak was the best part of the whole meal, besides the onions and peppers) asked for no guacamole just extra sour cream in the place of the guac…and my plate arrived with double guacamole (when I took the pic I had them remove the guacamole cause I can’t have it period, that’s why it’s not on the plate.)no sour cream what so ever and the waitress even repeated double sour cream no guacamole when we ordered, the shrimp were rock hard and had a very foul taste. rice was also rock hard (like it was right out of the box-not even cooked) the beans looked like someone took some off the top before bringing it out.we ordered three sodas and there was hardly any soda lots of ice then the waitress kinda was huffy when we asked for refills. We were all disappointed with our meals and the service however there was a gentleman who had a T-shirt that said kitchen staff and he was absolutely kind!!!!!

We had my daughters 30th birthday at Shorty’s on Sunday. Diana and her staff were outstanding. Everything was perfect from service to food and drinks. Excellent food and a wonderful place to host a party!

Food was good, not overwhelmingly amazing but was enjoyable. Sauces on the enchiladas needed something just can’t pinpoint what it is. Overall price and amount of food was worth it and filled my belly.

Pretty large menu. Got grilled chicken sandwich,first time anyone has ever given me two chicken fillets on a sandwich, they were about the size of a surfboard each, twice as long as the bun was wide, they should have cut them in half and stacked them, impossible to eat Unfortunately that much chicken meant you could really taste it and I’m pretty sure it was from frozen. It was alright. Refried beans were like a soup. Nice to give you a huge bag of nacho chips with to go order, too bad they weren’t warm and were slightly stale. Salsa is pretty spicy. I’m only giving four stars because of the portion. Place was very clean.

We had a group of 11 of us. The service was super fast, the waitress was super super friendly and even took a photo of us. She anticipated our needs and refills would appear before we asked. The chips and salsa were excellent! The food all looked fantastic, I think we all wished we ordered each others dishes because every plate looked so good. Then we ate and the food was delicious, everyone would order the same thing next time as their chosen dish was so good. I can speak for all of us that we had an excellent time, a happy mouth and a full belly when we left. Thank you Shorty’s for such a great time with a larger group. FYI we sat outside.

Haven’t been here in years, boy I forgot how good this place is! Got the fajita salad bowl, wow, one of the best salads I’ve ever had. Service is great and pricing is reasonable. Plus they have some cool, outdoor seating. Highly recommended!

Our food was delicious, portions were large. No issues with the food. Aside from how long it took to receive the food, and how long it took to get the checks back after handing in our cards to pay. We were there for 2½ hours, and only 30 minutes of that was spent eating. Typically Mexican food is pretty quick so that was why we chose to go there as we still had an hour ride home. Sadly, if we knew ahead of time the length of time dinner was going to take we would have went elsewhere.
