I stopped by in the drive through for a coffee. There was 1 car ahead of me. It took nearly 15 minutes to get 1 latte. The worker was very apologetic for the wait. I saw it wasn’t her fault, as she was the only person working. She was helping customers at 2 windows. If a business refuses to pay for proper staffing on a Saturday afternoon, they don’t deserve to be in business. That poor young lady, no help at all, running an entire coffee shop. Shame on you. I absolutely will not return, and I hope she finds a better place to work

Until this morning, we’ve never had a problem. We come here Mon-Fri and get the same thing. Today, Saturday, not only was the girl rude and unsmiling, she just had to let us know how expensive my sons special request drink was. When I said he gets it all the time, ie, we KNOW this, she kept on with the expense of the heavy cream and put off attitude. Really? Will avoid this place on Saturday from now on. Thanks for the dirty fingerprints on the cup too!

Just take the order, make the coffee, take the money, and keep the chitchat to a minimum. This is by far the slowest coffee stand I’ve ever been to. I’ve given them several chances, thinking they were just running a little bit slow the couple times that I had been there. But they are consistently the slowest. I only gave it two stars because they are not bad at actually making coffee. Seriously, this is the only coffee stand I have pulled out of line a half a dozen times because the one car in front of me took 10 minutes to get there one coffee.

This was one of my favorite local coffee shops! I cannot justify coming here after their recent price gouge, however. I think spending 6.53 on a basic 20oz quad shot drink, made the coffee more bitter in my mouth. Really makes a person wonder; what kind of “local lifestyle” we’re supporting?
