As a customer since day 1 (and Mt. Fugi 20+years), the food quality is going down hill the past several months…as the prices continue to rise. Not sure how they lost the ability to make shrimp tempura, but tonight’s roll was not edible. It was trying to chew through burnt popcorn. Please figure out how you lost your way.

Amazing ambiance, very cozy restaurant. They have booths and can sit there even just two people. Extremely polite and very attentive staff. Also, the presentation is beautiful. Highly recommended.

Food was decent but i payed in cash and the waitress came up to the table asking about “oh this doesn’t include the tip?!” And looking through the cash when we haven’t even had time to put the money down and we tipped even more then what was necessary.

Very high price but not very good food lately. Said 15 mins wait for pickup on phone but had to wait 40 mins in reality. Wasn’t sure why half the food was sitting out for 25 mins on the counter while the other half was getting ready. Cold food now. No public wifi for the very long wait.

We used to come here all the time when it was Mt fugi and they were amazing. Unfortunately with the new ownership and making it into a Chinese sushi place now, the quality is not the same. Not to mention they price everything higher than I’ve ever seen at a sushi restaurant. Hot sake was microwaved as well.

Some of the best I’ve had in years. In town for work and took a gamble on the sushi spot across the street from my hotel. When I walked in, I immediately regretted ordering take out and not taking a shower and putting on my good jeans to sit at the sushi bar. Took my food to my room and proceeded to enjoy one of the best sushi experiences ever. You can tell a lot about a sushi spot by their wasabi and pickled ginger, both of which were top notch. Great spicy tuna (not the kind that’s drowning in sriracha mayo, the kind with nice chunks of delicious tuna in a perfectly spicy sauce). Best salmon sashimi. Tofu in the miso soup (soup was great) was the tastiest tofu I’ve ever had. Great ginger dressing for the salad. So freaking good.
