Incredible! This is an amazing restaurant in Parker. After living in Japan for a few years, I’ve never found takoyaki as good as there’s in America ever! The sushi roll I tried was Incredible. The fish looks amazing and I’ll be back for more. The gluten-free shirataki noodle veggie ramen my wife had was really good she said (I tried the Shoyu broth and it was like something straight out of Tokyo ). Can’t wait to come back for more. Oh, the lighting, music, and service was outstanding too. Like life delivered me a little piece of Japan in Parker – Domo Arigatogozaimasu!

Very good first experience with takeout from Shoyu Sushi in Parker. We easily ordered online for a scheduled pickup and all was on time. The Crazy Tuna roll was our favourite! We also enjoyed the Maroon roll – great flavour! The White River roll was unique with a cilantro sauce and the Salmon roll with mango was also tasty. Service was great, the order was ready as promised, and the restaurant has an inviting ambiance – we will return!

Had dinner here today with my bf and we both absolutely loved it! Everything was amazing. From the apps to the sushi to the ramen! Sushi was super fresh. I’ve been to many sushi places and this is my new #1 spot! I highly recommend it!!

I waited a few months before visiting this new Japanese restaurant. My friend and I had lunch there and we were pleasantly surprised at how good the food was. We both enjoyed the Tonkatsu ramen. It was warmly comforting! The broth was beautifully balanced. It was a beautiful presentation. The pork belly slices were thinly sliced, just right. My favorite part of the ramen dish was the egg. It was amazing! Cooked to a soft boiled perfection , but had been flavored with a bit of shoyu on the white of the egg. It was so good!! I found this dish to be country rustic Japanese. Just like my momma used to make it! So So Good! The service was friendly and fast. I can’t wait to go back to try other dishes!

Delicious and very fresh sushi! A wide verity of rolls and appetizers. We loved the shrimp tempura roll and Rocky Mountain (lobster roll). Great flavor and sauce on top. Definitely our favorite sushi place in Parker!

We were really excited to see the positive reviews on Shoyu, but were left disappointed in the sushi. It was bland and flavorless compared to many of the other sushi places we’ve been to. For the price, it lacked the flavor we were hoping it would have. The server and atmosphere was nice and pleasant.

Amazing food, amazing service. This is the best sushi in Parker. The presentation is lovely, too. Every time we’ve come here in the last month we’ve noted the phenomenal service, which is as great as the food. Try the maroon roll!

The staff was very cordial and the sushi was flavorful. We had a great experience here. If you are in Parker or Aurora and want a good sushi role, this is a great option. The menu is a little limited, but what they make, they make well.
