Shuckin’ Shack Oyster Bar grew out of a vision for a local establishment that would appeal to families of all ages. A place where friends and family can enjoy a great meal of primarily Oysters and Shrimp, but we’re more than just a seafood restaurant, we serve up fresh, delicious meals and creative cocktails in an environment that exudes relaxation. We cater to locals and tourists, providing them a place to enjoy a good time and watch a sporting event on big screens while taking in some of the local history. Many people have passed in and out of our doors enjoying succulent local oysters and shrimp, shared local fishing or surfing stories and spent time just talking about the friendly beach comber atmosphere inside.

Stopped by on a saturday to try oysters. I got the fried oyster bucket. To be honest fried oysters taste just like shrimp so there is nothing new to discover for me. Cost me about $20. Overall nice place. On Saturday you have to wait to dine in.

The food tasted outrageously good. We were not expecting to like the entress so much, but both my husband and I are really tempted to go back again tomorrow to get the exact same meals. We started with oysters and had the shrimp and grits, blackened cod sandwich, roasted vegetables and sausage and potatoes. Oh, plus We got the creme brulee cheesecake. I could have done without that, but my husband liked it. My husband also had two beers. The bill came to $65.

We stopped in to try their oysters quick and the staff greeted us right away with smiles. As we sat up to the bar the bar staff greeted us and offered a menu. They were kind and took our drink order right away. They had a blackboard in the back listing where the oysters came from with prices and what their specials were. Our order was taken by that time the owner came over and greeted us. My husband and I defiantly recommend trying the oysters, very fresh and amazing flavor. We will definitely be back.

Drove 30 miles to try Shuckin’ Shack. Enjoyed delicious fried oysters and shrimp, with perfectly seasoned fries and seared ahi tuna with shrimp cocktail appetizer. The homemade wasabi was killer! Service was excellent. Will go back again.

LOVE this restaurant, we have been to eat here 3 times in the past week. Fantastic, fresh tasting seafood. I highly recommend the blackened shrimp tacos. Great food, great atmosphere, food comes out fast and service has always been efficient! Lots of TV’s if you want to watch a game. We love sitting in Lilly’s section!

It’s Good Friday- yucky and rainy outside. We had already left another restaurant due to lack of servers. A group of 6 we were kinda ‘Hangry’. Hostess sat us right away. Our server Angela was helpful and prompt. Nobody’s cup ran dry and she was constantly running getting us condiments with a smile on her face.
