Life Over Stuff
Loved our food and service! Cheaper than you’ll get elsewhere. Got the pork platter with Mac and cheese and potato salad and it was great. The barbecue sauce is delicious! And the cashier was extremely kind.

I really can’t believe this place is still open. If you’ve ever been anywhere besides Soddy for BBQ, then you know what I’m talking about. It’s your typical cheap ingredient menu with attitude at the window. It used to be called JJ’s and then Jan’s when I was really young. I remember loving their crinkle cut fries.

as a long time person who has eaten here i hate to say they have recently lost me as a customer, ONE complaint to them and not even a sorry for poor bbq sauce that was NOT like any other time, and nothing but attitude that it was MY fault my girlfriends food wasnt edible!

Got half pound of brisket for 10.95 plus tax. When I saw it I really thought it was a roast that fell apart. I then tried to eat it and well it was disgusting to put it nicely it was extremely dry with little to no taste. I should’ve known it wouldn’t be good by the container it came in. Never seen anyone serve brisket in a cup.
