This was my first visit to Shugah’s and I will definitely be going back! This is a delightful little tea house. I had the turkey sandwich on walnut & cranberry bread with a cherry cream spread, cucumber, tomato and onion salad on the side. Top notch. I highly recommend Shugah’s.

My sister hosted a baby shower at Shugah’s, and the event was wonderful. You can tell how much work and love went into remodeling the home into the beautiful tea room it is today. Made me feel like I was visiting my grandmother’s lovely house. The food was delicious, and all the staff were helpful, attended to our every need, and made sure everyone was well-served and satisfied… no one left hungry! A fantastic experience– we love Shugah’s!!!

Went today for lunch for the first time and was very happy with the food and service. Their beer bread turkey sandwich and potatoe salad were delicious and their chocolate pie was fantastic. The owner, who is also a photographer, was so kind and gave my daughter one of his pictures that he took of the area. This is a great local tea house set in one of the oldest homes in the area. If you like supporting local businesses, this is the place to go.

I must say I am SO GLAD we tried Shugah’s! With such a small menu and photos of food that looked a little nondescript I was ready to be disappointed. I WAS WRONG! The bacon and sundried tomato quiche was excellent. My husband’s chicken salad sandwich was very good as well. Their chicken salad is a yellow curry-style which I don’t normally eat but it’s delicious and I would order again!
