The stew is awesome, the BBQ was great the potato salad was ok (potatoes not completely cooked, I know some people like it that way but not for me) and the sweet tea was great. There was a long line at the window and no dine in.

Ribs were the best I’ve had in a long, long time!!!! They were delicious!!! The sides not good. Can green beans and baked beans. Store bought cole slaw! Work on those sides and it would be 100%

My family loves Shugs BBQ. My favorite is the bbq potato. They never skimp on anything. Big potato and pile of bbq. We also love the rack of ribs. They are so moist and tender and enough for the whole family. You can not beat the prices. Customer service is great. Family owned and operated. It’s hard to ride by and smell that grill going and not stop to get something. Because the food is so delicious sometimes there is a line but you won’t have to wait very long so don’t let that keep you from stopping because believe me it is well worth the wait!!!

We swing in here from out of town, had a great experience, Boston butt is to die for. Also had the chicken salad, it was very good, I would call it excellent if it had been made with Dukes mayonnaise.
