First time I went, food was amazing. I wish I remembered what I ordered because THIS time, the Pad Thai was awful. The only flavor I tasted was SWEET. It didn’t even look appetizing…but I was really hungry so I ate some of it. I think it’s hit or miss but skip this dish unless you like bland. I had to squeeze lime on it to add flavor. Does this look appetizing to you?

Best Tom Kha and Pad Thai I’ve had outside of the city, except for maybe the place on Dempster in Niles. Avoid the very weird satay that tastes like Indian Tikka. Tilapia remarkably good. Also, mild spicy is plenty spicy. If you order even medium spicy be warned, you will be in pain. This aligns with California Thai spice levels. My tolerance is higher than the average person.

I thought I am in Thailand for a second! I ordered Moo-Sarong, one of the ancient Thai appertiser way back when Portuguese and Chinese sailing boats to Thailand for trades. This dish was excellent, tender and crispy. Pad Prik Sod is one of my own favorite dishes. This restaurant made this dish perfectly spice and fresh! Highly recommended this place for anyone who want to try authentic Thai food!
