Sicily Pizza and Pasta (Sipipa) first opened in 1990 . The restaurant’s founder, Ben Broojeni, had played with the idea of opening his own restaurant while living in and touring Europe in his young adult years. His love for food and Italian kitchens led him to study for several years under great Italian chefs, perfecting the art of making pizza and pasta dishes. When he moved to the states it was no surprise that he opened his first restaurant. Today Sicily Pizza and Pasta (Sipipa) has locations from Stafford to Spring and is wildly popular for its authentic and fresh foods.

Placed an order online (only because I saw 4 stars rating) and estimated delivery wait time was an hour. An hour roll by and called to check. Was told it will be longer, I wasn’t planning on having dinner at 8pm! Pizza came and driver was very apologetic. Which was fine but I ask where’s the ranch dressing. Driver said it’s in the box buttttt it WASN’T! So the pizza came late, it was cold, missing items, and wasn’t flavorful. It had more toppings then cheese. Never again!!!

I discovered this location due to a coworker’s recommendation, and I am glad that they introduced me to Sicily’s. They have great pizza, and I personally recommend their Mediterranean, Greek and Meat Amore options. The food is always ready by their predicted completion time, and the staff is generally very welcoming.
