I have tried their delivery pizza about 6 times now and have to say with each one the quality and service keeps getting worse. 3nd to last time it took over 2.5 hours to get the pizza, it was cold and extremely late. we had called them about 20 times with continued promises it was just 2min away. almost refused it and the delivery guy said he would comp the next one. so about a month later we placed the order and mention the comp promise. the owner delivered it after an hour and half thinking we were trying to cheat him out of a pizza, when he found us to be respectful and willing to pay, backed down. Just ordered another and my last…it was cold and so flat you would have thought we special ordered an super flat pizza, almost zero cheese and barely any toppings and to think I spent $20 for it! I wish I could get one that looks like the one on the commercial…talk about bait and switch… never again! good luck!

Pizza was good, however the service was abysmal. Very slow to make our pizzas (took over an hour in all) and screwed up the orders a few times. When it was finally ready and we had to pay, the order would not show up on the computer so an older man who I can only assume is the manager made a phone call and proceeded to read my credit card information out loud over the phone which is not acceptable. Decent pizza does not make up for all of these mistakes, we will not be eating here again.

Worst service ever. We ordered our pizza – they delivered it WRONG, I called them about corrections and so instead of a credit they only would do a replacement so we said fine, we waited 30 minutes later for correct pizza , one slice was missing by my 5 year old got in patient and the driver refused to give us our replacement. Called store and manager would not do anything other than admit to making pizza wrong and then said nothing to fix it be we had a slice missing (seriously). So they stuck us with cold pizza for waiting for our fresh pizza correct to come. WOW – needless to say DO NOT ORDER from such a horrible service. They have no care for customers what so ever and will deliver crappy pizza as the manager voiced to me in his words.

I don’t know what happened to the people that gave these guys a low rating , but our Sicily’s deluxe stuffed crust pizza and cheese bread sticks are delicious! They delivered on time, the delivery guy was nice! We will definitely order again!

Bought pizza from Sicily’s for over a year. Now all of the sudden, I live to far away to qualify for the specials you’re running? You’ll still deliver but I don’t get the discounts anymore? I tipped the driver at least $8 Every Time! Then the person puts me on hold then hangs up? What the hell is the matter with you ignorant people? You will Never get my money again! I’d like to post the picture of the pizza I got that was in half the box like the driver carried it sideways and just to make sure, shook my pizza to the bottom of the box. You guys suck imo.

Officially the worse food I’ve ever eaten in my 54 year old life. Ordered a Gyro, the meat was cold, over cooked, and could have been used as inner soles in my work boots. The shell was stiff enough to use as a cement trowel. The toppings all came in there own little side container. Isn’t that the reason we order in the first place, so it’s already hot and made so we dont have to by the time it arrives at the table. Never again, SHEESH!!!

Honestly the food isn’t bad…..if you can get what you order. I have had nothing but problems with this place. I know people aren’t perfect and mistakes happen, but today they allowed their cook to call me on the phone and pretty much call me a liar. I ordered a buffalo chicken salad w/ranch and received a salad with no chicken or dressing and was offered a discount of %10 next time i ordered or a exchange I choose the exchange 10 minutes later I receive a call back from the cook telling me the chicken and the ranch are there and he doesn’t know what to tell me. How unprofessional. I even still had the salad to give back to them not like i ate it and expected a new one. RIDICULOUS!

It took only 25 minutes, and they mentioned it’ll take 45 to an hour, it’s falling apart there’s not enough pepperoni that it looks like a pain cheese pizza. All around worst pizza I’ve ever had.

Took an hour and half to get delivered then they forgot the sauce for the gyro i ordered, the gyro wasn’t too bad with out the sauce, the pizza was burnt and tasted horrible, honestly quite sick to the stomach after having a slice of there pizza
