Their spicy garlic is excellent.. I truly hope they add it permanently to the menu because it was hands down our favorite out of all five flavors we tried. All of the other wings were excellent, but it was a toss up on what the second favorite was. I’m normally not a fan of dry rub, but the brogarashi was excellent and I loved the spice & flavor on the Gucci gang. I thought the Penang was on the weaker side but still worth trying. I still need to try the biscuits but the wings were ready very quickly and I’m looking forward to trying out more wings in the future.

The BEST wings in Ann Arbor, hands down. OG Buffalo and Milton’s Extra Spicy Buffalo will always be my favorites, but the weekly special flavors with accompanying biscuits are awesome. House made bleu cheese dip is the best I’ve ever had. They have beers and ciders to go, and fantastic merch. Much love for the Side Biscuit crew ❤

If you love wings come check this place out! They got special flavor per week. We got the 6 wings with the biscuit. I got classic buffalo and my friend got the guccigang (gochujang sauce). They were both amazing. Biscuit came with a jam that was awesome as well.

Food was amazing and service was top notch. One of our wing sets came out slightly cold (but still very delicious) and the manager went out of his way to bring us a fresh hot plate. Would definitely come back here when I’m back in Ann Arbor!

These are some of the best wings I’ve had full stop. I got the buffalo wings, the sauce was spicy and vinegary, the chicken was juicy, and the whole thing lasted only five minutes before I cashed it. The miso biscuit was excellent too, it was flaky and salty, perfect with the spicy wings. Can’t wait for them to fully open, I already want more right now.

This place is fantastic. Jordan and the crew are awesome people. I’ve never had better wings Anywhere. The flavors between the dry rubs and the sauces are super unique. The variety of the different biscuit every week is also fantastic. DON’T SLEEP ON THIS PLACE. #TeamFlats!!!!

Chef Jordan always knocks it out of the park. From the driveway, pop-up events, and now his own brick & mortar. If you are looking for a “large” Buffalo, NY style wing, this is your place. Flavors are out of bounds and the sides would be relished in a 5* sit-down, let alone a wing joint. Do yourself a favor, and come enjoy the flavor.

These wings are worth a try! Love the unique flavors. Our favorite was Brogarashi which has a unami flavor. The other one we tried is gucci gang which has a sweet spicy gochujang taste. The wings were crispy and well fried. Definitely wasnt on the heavy side which I liked.

Their wings are super delicious and cooked just right. I got the bbq and it was very good. The curry sauce is my fav though! My son got the buffalo and he said it wasn’t super spicy for anyone looking for a mild/medium flavor. The biscuit was also super yummy. I was born in the south so I know my biscuits!
