Bred from generations of pizza makers, chef Enzo learned how to start making pizza at a very young age, and is a master in the art of pizza making. He’s worked in family-owned pizzerias in Italy to famed pizzerias in New York and prior to Side Piece Pizza, served as executive pizzaiolo at Clique Hospitality’s Hearthstone at Red Rock Casino in Las Vegas.

Side piece pizza is delicious and reminds me of getting a slice in New York when I was a kid visiting my family. Check out their Wednesday special of 1/2 off a 22 inch pizza. That pizza is huge! The cheese is so melty and there is just enough sauce. The edge is crusty while the rest of the pizza is tender.

This is a real and true nyc slice. I moved here from NY a few years back and this is the best pizza I’ve found in summerlin. Not cheap but worth every cent. I recommend the basic cheese slice. It’s lovely.

This place has, no joke, one of the best slices of pizza I’ve ever had. It’s definitely top 3. The flavor is amazing, the crust is perfect. Raul is so helpful and has amazing customer service. If ur ever by Redrock casino or staying at the hotel, u HAVE to try this place. It’s my go to now whenever I’m here. I never leave without getting a SidePiece!

What a massive disappointment and such disrespect to actual pizza. There is barely any cheese and it’s burnt. Shameful. Stay away from this worthless place. For the best Sicilian pizza go to secret pizza at the cosmo. Their white pizza is much better as well. The two teens working here don’t care whatsoever. Worthless pizza!
