Amazing! We went with no reservations on a Friday night and easily got a seat at the bar. There’s a wide selection of wines, beers and cocktails and the staff are very helpful in giving suggestions. The food was fantastic! We had the Scottish salmon and the steak frites and both were delicious. The atmosphere was cosy and relaxed and service was quick. Will definitely go back!

We are huge fans of Bardo, so this was a bit of a disappointment. The salads were fine, my wife reports that the flatbread was good. The pasta was also good, too bad it took it over 45 minutes to arrive.

I’ve traveled the world somewhat but this the best bar I’ve been t ever. From an amazing welcome at the door to a friendly bar man who on his first day here made me the perfect Daiquiri ever! Made from 18 year old rum. Highly recommend this place to anyone who visits Oakland! Food is very tasty too!

The food was phenomenal and the portions are hearty. This is a must visit for if you love cocktails. I don’t have it pictured here but my sincerest recommendation is the “Caged Heat”. It’s not too spicy, it has just a little kick to on the back end. Atmosphere is good for a date, meeting with a friend, or venturing a long. Staff is polite as well. Here is one of my rare 5 stars.
