I ordered a 12in build your own sub for lunch, and it was incredible. The meats were savory & fresh, the bread was crusty and delicious, the veggies were crisp and chilled. Offering extreme value, it was a hefty sandwich; I was able to squeeze two meals from it. I will definitely order from Sierra Subs again in the future- it’s my new go-to sandwich shop in the Tahoe area.

Went there for lunch based on the rating. First off, the staff is cool and the place is clean. I give 2 stars because the rolls are stale. My wife, my daughter, and I all had different types of rolls with our sandwiches, and all 3 rolls were stale. It would have been a pretty good sandwich because they use high-quality cold cuts and cheese, and the veggies are fresh. For me personally, if the bread is stale, it kills the sandwich.

Visited a Sierra Subs recently and ordered the Redwood sandwich. Loved the dedication to freshness as they cut the meat right when you order. The toasting added a delightful crunch. A flawless sandwich experience – I’ll definitely return. Highly recommended!

Clean friendly staff and the subs are fresh and delicious. They cut their own meat to make the sandwiches. You can taste the freshness in each bite. The staff was super helpful and friendly.

Love the vibe and decor! Customer service was excellent. They slice the meat per sandwich. The sandwich had good flavor, however the Dutch crunch roll was stale. I had to take drink with every bite to soften it. I will definitely try them again the next time I’m in town, but with a different type of bread.

WOW! Excellent service and subs from a local sandwich shop! My husband and I got the Redwood, which it was a nice hint of spicy and very delicious. That chili pepper relish was out of this world and a great touch! The staff was really friendly and helpful, too. We were so impressed with the employees and food that we ordered additional subs (the Grand Teton) for dinner. 10/10 recommend.
