The food was absolutely delicious. We had the elk loin and the chicken schnitzel for our entrees and the Black Forest trifle for dessert. Hands down, the best dessert I have ever had in a restaurant. The service was also superb.

This is our third exceptional dining experience at Silas. Menu items are mostly farm to table from their farm. Flavors just pop in all the dishes we tried. The menu is imaginative and prepared to perfection. Great chef and pastry chef. The wine list was impressive and cocktails were divine. Worth the drive from the Dayton area. Our new favorite place!

Food and atmosphere are amazing. Features a seasonal menu that is aimed to be farm to table. I highly recommend the mushrooms in the small plates menu if available. Good cocktails. Really great service and such a beautiful place. Went for lunch and prices were not nearly as high as I expected. Just the lighting and decor are worth the visit.

Silas Creative Kitchen and Chef Aaron have outdone themselves again. Every dish I have tried on the menu has been well thought out and implemented perfectly. The locally sourced ingredients are highlighted to bring layers of flavor as you savor each bite. The best of this meal was the dry aged ribeye, dill spaetzel (this was amazing), pan roasted Fairo island salmon, lamb bolognese and roasted brussels sprouts. You can see in the last picture that our kids loved the meal and the dessert was a sweet finish to a perfect meal.

Exception fine dining that is completely worth the drive! From the giant charcuterie board to the farm to table entrees, the food was delicious! The staff were complete pros and the space was clean and modern and looked like something you’d see in a much larger city. The prices also were very reasonable, so all around an amazing experience! We are already planning our next trip!

What an amazing place to be tucked in small town Versailles. Did their tasting menu and it was pure perfection! The menu was perfect, the pacing and service was spot on and it was the perfect amount of food. Every course was something I would have enjoyed as my meal and included lots of creative combiyi would have never considered.

This was one of the best dinners we have ever had! The fusion of flavors were incredible! We had the chicken schnitzel, scallops, charred carrot salad and gougeres. Our friends had elk. It was all extraordinary. Highly recommend!

Everything we ordered was absolutely amazing! The sauces were beyond amazing, the lamb empanadas were crispy yet airy. Even as they cooled off, they still kept their crisp. The waygue skewers melted like butter in your mouth. They were delicious, tender, and juicy. The fries, brussel sprouts and potato soup were beyond amazing! And the BROWNIE!!! Omg it was like being kissed by God and the devil at the same time. And our server. He was so friendly, knowledgeable of the food, and just so excited and proud of the excellence he was serving. He made the entire experience magical. I can not wait to go back again
