What a STUNNING venue! I loved all of the vintage pieces used to decorate the place. Like who can say they’ve sat on a shoe shaped couch and had dinner? Just awesome. The food? A work of art. The chef is so nice too! A great place for a girls night, date, or just a solo meal and drink.

Had my girlfriend’s birthday here in July 2023 and we had an absolute blast. The staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful to make sure all of our guests had a great time. The food and drinks were also on point and they let me come in early to decorate in the area we had reserved for our little party. Highly recommended.

Dinner with friends was amazing. Owner is on site and restaurant was fully staffed. Atmosphere and decor are very chic, cool, modern but with a musical and auto history twist. Chef was friendly and awesome! Food was absolutely delicious. Pork belly & Burratta appetizers, pasta mains, & delicious desserts were all so delicious and memorable. We all LOVED the Bucatini Carbonara. It was perfect – smooth as silk & dreamy! Parking could be better but didn’t take away from the experience at all.

Stunning. If your looking for somewhere to be grown and sexy and have delicious food, this is it. No detail was not attended to. We had Crispy Pork Belly, Spanish octopus, Bacon wrapped dates and Beef tartare. I had an elderberry martini and a perfect dessert with whipped cream and chocolate mousse and toasted almonds. The music entertainment Hollywood Herb was a perfect match. Wait staff could have been a bit more present but the atmosphere was so on point that we kinda didn’t mind. Can’t wait to check out brunch.

After a day of thrifting with my niece and nephew, we stopped off at Silk for brunch. It was such a darling place with couches, tables, to-go coffee, and eclectic decor. I felt at home immediately. The highlights were the burger, chicken sandwich, the breakfast wrap, fries, and for those of us 21+, the cocktails. The food looked so good I didn’t even get a photo. The live music was an unexpected and perfect addition to our brunch experience and the service was on point! Oh and they are an event venue as well! This is a place I will add to my rotation moving forward.

The Silk Factory sponsored a Thursday film night. I went early for dinner. The Caesar salad was excellent. The pasta was delicious and the panna cotta was definitely a wonderful dessert. A delight place with friendly staff.

Came here on a Friday night. Food was not good – used spaghetti for the ramen dish, pork belly was dry and bland, the octopus was tough, and the salad was grainy. The cocktails didn’t have much alcohol (my friend and I who normally get buzzed after one drink didn’t feel it at all). The entertainment, Shades, an R&B band, was awesome and the server was very sweet. The ambiance is very nice.

This is one of the best places to eat in the city of Newburgh. The steak is amazing, great service, and the best atmosphere, I came after 8pm on a weekend they had a live band. Overall I was very impressed the owner even came to the table to greet us and made us feel welcomed.
